The Clinical Compliance QI Manager is responsible for the continued development and oversight of effective systems to ensure the highest possible Standards of Care and Compliance for all Behavioral Health Treatment services provided by the site. He/she responds immediately to changing funder requirements, re-designing site policy, procedures and protocol as needed and training staff for compliance with all changes. The Clinical Compliance QI Manager works in concert with the FBH CQI Team and Administrative Unit, the Site Director and the Site Leadership Team to ensure complex and changing requirements are communicated in a timely manner.
The Clinical Compliance QI Manager bears direct responsibility for ensuring compliance with Federal Medicaid regulations, State laws and regulations, contract requirements and deliverables. The Clinical Compliance QI Manager is responsible as well to ensure adherence to CCSWW Policies and Procedures, FBH Policies and Procedures and local requirements. The Clinical Compliance QI Manager is the individual in leadership involved on a day-to-day basis with compliance in clinical documentation. As such, this individual is responsible for the identification of compliance problems, and development of strategies and solutions to mitigate risk at the earliest possible juncture.
This position is a member of the site leadership team and works collaboratively with the team in enthusiastically promoting the values, Guiding Principles and goals of the Family Behavioral Health System. He or she is responsible for providing operational and administrative systems leadership, as well as direct supervision of the site-based operations team.
