The Front Desk On-Call is a key part of our team at Catholic Community Services (CCS). This position requires someone who can work with diverse populations and provide culturally competent customer services. This person is responsible for greeting people and checking them in at the reception desk of the Randolph Carter Center. Visitors to the center include clients, staff and community members. In addition, this role observes the building and communicates any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager. This position will, at times, require light maintenance duties to support the safety and functionality of the Randolph Carter Family Center. A potential candidate must be dependable with strong communication skills and be flexible. This position calls for someone who has exceptional customer service skills.
