Housing programs provide permanent housing to individuals affected by chronic homelessness.
Incumbent will be responsible for providing assistance to Snohomish County Permanent Supportive Housing Services, which includes working with Case Managers, Apartment Managers, Partner Agencies. This position will include screening clients, completing the associated documentation and staffing clients with the housing placement team or Program Manager.
This position is Full time, 37.5 hrs. pr week.
Pay is $15.91 - $16.71/hr. DOE, plus excellent holiday / vacation / sick pay and health benefits!

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide transportation to residents/clients as needed/requested.
Other work related duties as required.
HMIS – Incumbent is expected to develop proficiency in maintaining accurate client records in HMIS, the client tracking software application used by programs throughout the agency. Proficiency includes entry of data into the client record, the editing of information as needed, and the printing of reports within HMIS.
