The International Foster Care Program provides foster care to refugee/asylee and undocumented youth from countries around the world.
The House Coordinator is expected to work at the Young Adult Transitional Living Program at Lee Haven House. This is a part-time position. This program is offered as a Supervised Independent Living (SIL) placement option available through International Foster Care (IFC). The program will accommodate and provide services for up to 5 to 6 young adult males between the ages of 18 to 21 years. The House Coordinator will assist immigrant and refugee youth transitioning out of foster care by providing homework help and other services as needed. All program participants are studying or employed, have independent living plans, and a case manager. The House Coordinator will help facilitate a positive and productive living environment by working with program participants and case management staff to assist youth in their transition out of foster care and eventually into fully independent living.
**This is part time 12 hours per week & On Call**
