Catholic Community Services’ Counseling, Recovery & Wellness (CReW) Program is a licensed community mental health and substance use disorder treatment program and provider of the King County Behavioral Health Organization (BHO). Our program focuses on serving adults with mental illness or co-occurring disorders to help improve individuals’ quality of life.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for outreaching and engaging with men and women in homelessness who may be looking for mental health or substance use treatment in various King County locations, including Seattle, Bellevue, and/or Kent. This position will also focus on outcomes to connect clients with co-occurring disorders treatment through CReW, provide direct assistance and treatment planning, as well as assist individuals in homelessness locate and move into housing. The Mental Health Professional is responsible for upholding a culture of privace and security in a highly confidential work environment and complies with all CCSWW policies and procedures that involve access to and safeguarding of client Protected Health Information.
This is a full time, benefited position and includes generous paid time off. Salary range is $50,215.50 - $55,887 DOE.

1. Outreach and engage with women and men living in homelessness to identify individuals who are in need of services, but may not necessarily be willing to participate.
2.Communicate and enforce program, CCS and CHS policies and procedures with staff and consumers. 3. Develop and support a positive team oriented work environment.
3. Maintain confidentiality, and maintain an atmosphere of safety and support for staff and residents.
4. Other duties as assigned.
JOB CONDITIONS: This position requires the employee to work in an environment where there may be exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious material. Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, chemicals involved in pest control, paint and other materials used in building maintenance. Working conditions may include interruptions, working alone, interactions with angry persons, and exposure to computer CRTs.
