Case Manager Supervisor will supervise Case managers and the program’s day to day activities at the Stability Site. They will be the first-line call/contact in handling case management staff and program participant concerns/issues. Position will also fill in as needed doing direct client service work.
Case Management Supervisor will assist individuals to create supportive relationships based on trust and respect in an effort to increase empowerment and hope, improve personal success, provide opportunity for integration into the community, build linkages to needed community resources and begin to establish natural community supports. Work occurs in residential or community setting with individuals with chronic mental health issues (including dual diagnosis). They work as a team member with other agencies, systems, and community partners. Case Manager Supervisor will assist the team in helping consumers voice their own perspective and assure others are able to understand that perspective. They represent a consumer orientation and perspective in all internal and external agency activities.
