Incumbent works with homeless families and individuals with priority given to providing permanent housing opportunities and short-term rental assistance and some case coordination. The goal is to develop and implement a service plan that addresses the program participants’ needs, obstacles and objectives for ultimately achieving permanent unsubsidized housing; which may require some evening and weekend availability.
Positions are F/T, 37.5 hours per week - (Hiring for 2 F/T positions).
Pay is $17.25 - $18.11/hr. DOE/Education, plus excellent holiday/vacation/sick pay and health benefits!
