South King County Shelter provides 24/7 enhanced shelter and related services for adults experiencing homelessness. Referrals to the program come from City partners, and our Hygiene centers. Participants are typically people who been identified as Chronically homeless, vulnerable. Many clients have chronic and acute mental illness, active addiction issues, and/or trauma. This is a low-barrier, harm reduction program. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to the janitorial staff and will perform light maintenance to the building as needed in order to provide tenants with a safe, positive and sanitary living environment.
