CCS/NW is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus to fill our Housing Program Manager I position, until position is filled.


Hiring Bonus Criteria: $500 on first paycheck and $500 upon successful completion of a 180-day New Hire Introductory Period.


Clare’s Place provides 65 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless and vulnerable households in Snohomish County.  Sebastian's Place provides 20 units of permanent/supportive housing for highly vulnerable, chronically homeless veteran adults in Snohomish County.


Incumbent is responsible for the supervision of staff and resources and for promoting a healthy environment. The position supervises 24/7 Residential Service Coordinators, ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, and is responsible for the safety of all residents, staff, and visitors.  The supervisor responds to all crisis situations at Clare’s Place and Sebastian’s Place in coordination with the Director of Housing Services – Clare’s Place & Sebastian’s Place.
