The HR Benefits Generalist will have responsibility for administering employee leaves and benefits in accordance with carrier contracts including medical, dental, life insurance, FMLA, PFML (Washington and Oregon), FSA and COBRA, retirement (403b), pension and long term disability.
The HR Benefits Generalist will also be responsible for compliance with federal, state and local regulations affecting health, welfare and retirement benefits and adherence to established company policies.
