Program Description
The Coordinated Care System (CCS) offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing deep poverty and homelessness. Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) stabilizes and supports individuals and families who have experienced homelessness. Everyone deserves a safe, decent, affordable place to call home. It takes a highly collaborative, creative team to help end the cycle of homelessness permanently. Grounded in this philosophy, the CCS Division Director is an integral part of a team, providing leadership, vision and support to a diverse group of PSH programs serving single adults.
Position Description
The CCS Division Director brings leadership around best practices of Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction and resident-centered support to ensure we provide the highest quality services to residents living in our housing communities. This position directly supervises and supports two PSH directors, the on-call Resident Services Staff team, and provides on-site support to PSH programs.
The CCS Division Director will participate in advocacy activities and represent the agency to the government and community organizations that work to serve the poor and vulnerable.

Job Conditions
This position requires the employee to work in an environment where there may be exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious material. Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, bedbugs, chemicals involved in pest control, paint and other materials used in building maintenance, building temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, and odors. Working conditions include interruptions, crisis response, and regular interactions with individuals who are dealing with issues of chemical dependency and/or mental illness, or are experiencing anger or frustration.
