Catholic Community Services of Western Washington and the Archdiocesan Housing Authority (doing business as Catholic Housing Services and Coordinated Care Agency) are outreaches of the Catholic Church in Western Washington. Rooted in the Gospel message of love and hope, we recognize the sacredness and dignity of every human person. Our focus is on those individuals, children, families, and communities struggling with poverty and the effects of intolerance and racism.
As a member of the Catholic Charities Foundation, the Database and Gift Entry Coordinator is responsible for performing high-level gift-processing tasks. You will be responsible for the daily oversite, recording, and acknowledgment of the organization’s donor data and donations into the donor database. This role plays a key part in maintaining donor communication and satisfaction through timely gift acknowledgment. You will report to the Director of Annual Giving and Digital Media and works closely with the Foundation Database Team and Accounting departments.
