Catholic Charities Foundation (CCF) is the fundraising arm of Catholic Community Services of Western Washington. Every year, we raise millions of dollars through our fundraising and donor cultivation. These donations power the programs of CCS/AHA throughout Western Washington.

How YOU can make a difference:

The Foundation Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of CCF. This role must be able to handle confidential information and multiple requests for assistance.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in office duties, with excellent customer service.

This is a Full-time, 40-hour position starting at $22.95 - $25.00/hr (D.O.E) with a competitive benefits package:

Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Manage incoming communications through various channels (email, website, mail).
  • Ensure timely delivery of necessary documents.
  • General front office tasks (opening and routing correspondences, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies) as needed.
  • During donor appeal periods, assist in all aspects of the project (printing, folding, mailing, etc.).

Executive Director Support

  • Provide administrative support for the Executive Director of the Catholic Charities Foundation, as assigned and needed

Additional Duties, as delegated

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of general office experience
  • One (1) year of in-person customer service, both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, as well as with a team
  • General Computer experience, with an emphasis on the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Understanding of and commitment to the social teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
