$24.46 - $30.58 HR/DOE   The International Foster Care program (IFC) provides a safe, nurturing foster care environment for children who have fled their countries of origin. This comprehensive set of services includes education, legal, social and psychological supports all directed at achieving safety, stability and healthy development.   The International Foster Care Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program provides long-term care to unaccompanied refugee minors, asylees, trafficking survivors and immigrant youth from around the world. Under the direct supervision of the URM Program Manager supervises the operation of the URM Program through staff supervision, provision of client and family supports as well as ensuring contract compliance and quality assurance. The Assistant Program Manager provides guidance and training to the case management team, implements quality assurance and contract compliance initiatives, as well as participates and collaborates with stakeholders and community partners in meetings and events.  Experience working with immigrant populations is required.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

They will partner with program leadership to ensure that the facilities support client services at 30+ locations across King County.    The Director of Facilities will lead the KC Facilities Department and delegate staffing to ensure preventive maintenance is balanced with emergency needs. This role is based at the Randolph Carter Center, but provides agency-wide facilities support and participates in system-wide safety initiatives.

HEN provides rental assistance, housing search assistance, transportation assistance, and other needed services to disabled adults who are homeless or at-risk of losing their housing.  Approximately 1,700 people receive assistance through the HEN program in King County each month.    POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Prevention Case Managers are responsible for all aspects of client services through the HEN program.  This includes: client intakes, assessments, setting goals and developing action plans, referrals and coordination with needed services, ensuring client eligibility, data collection and entry, and maintaining client records including funds distributed to landlords.

This position requires someone who can work with diverse populations and provide excellent customer service. This person is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing administrative support to programs, engaging with clients, providing information and referral, and ensuring the safety of visitors, clients and staff. This temporary position is perfect for someone with customer service experience looking to work for a limited amount of time, or is looking at getting into the social services field.   Timeframe This position is a full-time temporary 3+ month position. The Front Desk staff helps ensure the safety of the building’s residents, provides support to residents in crisis, answers the phone, and works with other staff to create a positive environment.    The Front Desk staff is central to providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment for the residents of Patrick Place Apartments.
