The program is unique in also serving individuals under age 60 who have disabilities. VS fosters opportunities for social and civic engagement. VS ensures that vulnerable adults who cannot afford to pay for help they cannot complete on their own, and do not qualify for state paid services receive services that support their health and well-being, and allow them to remain living independently.

Under the direction of the CReW Quality Manager, the Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the revenue cycle functions for CReW Program sites in Seattle, Eastside and South King County, preparing all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables to external funders, internal staff, and CCSKC Behavioral Health leadership.     The Billing Specialist is a key CReW staff member who partners with MIS and leadership staff to provide troubleshooting and analysis of the revenue cycle to support the decision making and fiscal performance of the CReW Program sites.  This position co-manages monthly revenue generating processes, and provides reports for management, including trends related to service delivery adherence, incentive targets and other data metrics that influence revenue.

The RDPO oversees housing operations, supervises housing management and maintenance staff, and is accountable for financial and key performance indicators of the assigned portfolio; and works closely with other departments or community agencies that provide supportive services to residents.    PORTFOLIO DESCRIPTION The King County PSH portfolio includes is comprised of permanent supportive housing for adults, with services partner Catholic Community Services of King County.   The Management Staff consists of two Area Directors of Property Operations (ADPO), Property Managers, and Assistant Managers.  They supervise maintenance and custodial staff.  The ADPO and Managers at each site oversee the property management activities on site, and coordinate with the maintenance team for service to their buildings.  The RDPO will directly supervise the ADPO and Managers and oversee all aspects of the housing operations of this group of buildings, ensuring high quality housing promoting housing stability, sound financial management, compliance with funder requirements, and long-term planning for building maintenance to ensure residents are well served by these buildings for many years to come. Additionally the RDPO will participate in advocacy activities and represent the agency to the government and community organizations that work to serve the poor and vulnerable.       Buildings are located in Seattle (8 buildings with 500 units).  This portfolio is nearly all permanent supportive housing, with the harm reduction model for individuals, including veterans, coming out of chronic homelessness.  Nearly all residents are disabled, many with substance use disorder and mental illness, as well as physical disabilities. There are on-site services with front desk staff and case management in nearly all buildings.  Property management and supportive services work in tandem to promote housing stability and health and safety standards.   The Regional Director will work directly within the portfolio region on a daily basis.  This is an in-person position.
