The position will carry a case load of engaged clients as well as provide outreach to individuals and families that are unwilling or unable to connect to needed services. The position will work closely with community partners to target those with the most need.  Services will be provided from a Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed Care approach, utilizing motivational interviewing skills.  The positon will operate with a great deal of independence and so requires strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills, common sense regarding personal safety, creative thinking, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills.
