CCS/NW is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for F/T Therapists for our Children's Mental Health Program, until positions are filled.   Hiring Bonus Criteria: $500 on first paycheck and $500 upon successful completion of a 90-day New Hire Introductory Period.   CCS provides community mental health services to Medicaid eligible children and their families in Snohomish Co. After an initial assessment and determination of need for ongoing help, core mental health services available at CCS include individual and/or family counseling/therapy, medication evaluation/management and coordination with primary care physicians, and case management.    Incumbent provides direct clinical services and case management to meet the therapeutic needs of children/teens and families, as part of an agency clinical team.   Incumbent is responsible for maintaining required clinical documentation and billing information related to caseload, participating in required CQI activities, collaborating with community colleagues and treatment/support teams as appropriate, and engaging in supervision activities with supervisor. Incumbent is available for some early evening appointments.   Incumbent also may provide these services to children/teens and families at specific school locations within Snohomish Co.   Hours/Status: F/T, 37.5 hours per week.  (2 F/T openings)   Starting Pay Range:   $23.75 - $24.94/hr. The CCS NW Recovery Centers provide a full continuum of outpatient SUD treatment services. CCS provides treatment to youth, adults, and their families. The CCS NW Recovery Centers are a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where all are treated with dignity and respect, and where clients and their families become empowered to make healthy changes to stop the destruction of alcoholism and other drug dependencies. CCS emphasizes a broad range of approaches to the treatment of alcoholism and other drug dependencies, striving to serve those most in need. The philosophy of CCS NW Recovery Centers is that treatment is most effective when it is “family-centered”.   The purpose of the Substance Use Disorder Case Aide is to provide opportunity to individuals beginning their SUD professional career.  Incumbents will be responsible for working directly with and/or shadowing SUDP/T's with all aspects of outpatient treatment services.  The goal is to have Case Aides obtain enough knowledge and skill growth to advance into the next level of SUD professional work (SUDP Trainee).   Temporary - Potentially up to 6 months.  P/T Variable position (0-37.5 hours per week), hours are based on caseload/program need.  (1 opening)   Pay is $16.56 per hour.

$21.36-$26.71 HR/DOE   The International Foster Care Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program provides long-term care to unaccompanied refugee minors, asylees, trafficking survivors and immigrant youth from around the world.  Position requires you to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with case management responsibilities for approximately 8 – 12 youth, as well as provide independent living services for approximately 16 youth placed at the Vancouver site. Consultation, training, and advocacy are important components of this program. Experience in working with a variety of immigrant populations very desirable. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.  Training for this position will occur in Vancouver and the Tacoma office.

Funders and partners include the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN), Managed Care Organizations, and Seattle/ King County Public Health. Our program focuses on serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to help improve the individuals’ quality of life by providing individually tailored services with as few barriers as possible. Range of services includes street outreach and engagement, diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, peer support, case management, group counseling, skills training, care coordination, medication management, and psychoeducation. CReW clinicians provide services in a variety of locations within Seattle downtown and greater King County, including within Permanent Supportive Housing programs, shelters, day centers. Services offered utilize Harm Reduction and Recovery principles, with an emphasis on building collaborative relationships with the persons served as the first step towards lasting engagement in treatment.   POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Crisis Care Manager works with program leadership across CCS King County to support staff and clients experiencing an immediate crisis.  This position provides guidance, coordinates external supports, evaluates and mitigates risk, and provides recommendations for care.  Following an incident, this position manages the follow up work including debriefing, revising policy, organizing staff training and increasing collaboration with external resources.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Volunteer Services is a community-based service that provides free chore assistance and case management for low-income elders and adults with disabilities, with the primary goal of ensuring that they retain dignity and residence in the familiar surroundings of their home or apartment. The program is unique in also serving individuals under age 60 who have disabilities. VS fosters opportunities for social and civic engagement. VS ensures that vulnerable adults who cannot afford to pay for help they cannot complete on their own, and do not qualify for state paid services receive services that support their health and well-being, and allow them to remain living independently.   POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Program Coordinator provides case management to an average of 150 clients, coordinating long-term and/or one-time volunteer in-home assistance, providing information and referrals, and monitoring the delivery of services.  The Program Coordinator manages a network of an average of 90 ongoing volunteers and 400 episodic volunteers annually who provide in-home support to older adults living with chronic health conditions and disabilities in King County communities.  Responsibilities include screening program participants, home visits to determine scope of project, supporting clients with information and referrals, community outreach, volunteer recruitment, ongoing supervision of volunteers, and group project coordination.

Care Coordinator - Seattle African American Elders Program Regular Full Time $23.31 - $29.14 per Hour DOE   The African American Elders Program provides a variety of services for elders, African Americans and other groups throughout the County of King. Services are provided for frail African Americans needing service coordination in the following programs, Geriatric Case Management, Options Counseling, Family Caregiver Support Program and PEARLS Counseling.   Services are provided in the home for frail elders, and various locations for other services. PEARLS clients are served at places of choice for depression therapy using T-Care, a specialized assessment tool to determine levels of depression.   Care Coordinators of the AAEP work with several partner agencies to provide specialized geriatric and depression therapy techniques for African Americans, and other ethnic groups throughout the county.

Licensure supervision for LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW is available for interested and eligible employees. All residents at Matsusaka Townhomes are on a 30% or 50 % of the area’s median income. We have a very nice playground for the kids. Located in Tacoma. Emmons Apartments: The Emmons Apartments is a Family Property with all units at a 40 % Median Income. There are 22 Units there. We have some set asides for the disabled. It has a fenced in Yard that helps parents monitor their children while they play on the playground. Located in Tacoma. Manresa Apartments: The Manresa Apartments is a Family Property Located in Lakewood. It has 20 Units between a 30% and 50 % median income.
