Junction Point Shelter emphasizes moving people into permanent housing through case management.   Position Description The Program Manager is responsible for staff supervision, regular recruitment and hiring of staff, management of volunteers, preparing and managing program budgets and spending, preparing funding applications, maintaining relationships with contract monitors, being the staff liaison to fundraising groups, local advocacy, and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.
