We understand that people experiencing homelessness come to us with complex histories, and that it takes a highly collaborative, creative team to help end the cycle of homelessness permanently. Grounded in this philosophy, the CHS Property Manager provides leadership and vision to a cross-agency team that worl<s together to creatively support each individual or family in our housing.   POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assistant Property Managers at each site provides assistance in the property management activities on site, and coordinate with the maintenance team for service to their buildings. This is a full -time position that provides administrative functions at the location(s) described above. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the property manager in the day-to-day administrative operations, including the lease-up of new tenants and recertification of current tenants, turnover of units, maintenance and building operations, processing accounts payables, accepting rent, and participating as a member of the management team. He/she will seek to provide tenants with a safe, positive and healthy living environment. As this is a Service rich housing program, close coordination, communication and cooperation with the CCS Program Director is required in the day-to-day operations of the building, tenant interactions and program delivery.

The Wintonia provides permanent supportive housing within a Housing First and Harm Reduction model. The Wintonia team works from a multi-disciplinary approach in which all staff coordinate services to promote housing stability in an environment that honors and respects the dignity of each resident.   Position Description The front desk/lobby area is the communication center of the building, and services are delivered on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis. The Resident Support/Front Desk staff is central to providing a safe and caring environment for the residents of the Wintonia. All staff work collaboratively from a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure residents achieves housing stability in an environment that promotes individual dignity and respect.

Base $72,638 to DOE   In conjunction with the  Agency Director and with the support of the Network Builder, the Southern Services Director will promote new, as well as on-going, CCS service delivery efforts with local community members including local cities, county, foundations, community groups, Catholic parishes, the Deanery, and other institutions. Will actively search out new service delivery initiatives and diligently work to procure funding to bring these initiatives to fruition. Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the programs serving people experiencing homelessness in Clark County and all other counties being served by CSS south of Thurston County.   The Southern Services Director is responsible for the management, successful operations, and growth of the 63 unit Non-Congregate Homeless Shelter, ensuring client exits to permanent housing, safety, contract compliance, preparing and monitoring budgets, grant writing, fund development, continuous program development, and public relations.   The Southern Services Director will support CCS with relationships with local leaders, community support, and public relations related to development of new affordable housing projects in the area.  Is responsible for fulfilling CCS’s goals and mission and for the development and enhancement of within the four counties the comprise the Archdiocese’s Southern Deanery: Clark, Cowlitz, Skamania, and Wahkiakum.

WHEEL Catholic Community Services has been contracted to provide case management services to Seattle Housing and Resource Effort (SHARE).  SHARE operates up to 16 democratically operated, self managed indoor shelters throughout King County, providing a warm, save place for people experiencing homelessness to stay.  Shelters generally open in the evening and participants are expected to leave in the mornings.  POSITION DESCRIPTION The Case Manager is responsible for providing Case Management service SHARE shelter participants who wish to engage in Case Management to assist in their housing search.    The Case Manager will be responsible for identifying barriers to clients obtaining permanent housing, and connecting clients to resources to assist in overcoming those barriers.  This position will work closely with Catholic Community Services  programs, Regional Access Points and Rapid Rehousing Teams and other local resources to assist participants to be able to apply for and obtain permanent housing.  This position will require working some days and some evenings, typically  Monday through Friday, and will require the ability to travel to individual shelters to meet clients on site.

Assist the Property and Facility Directors to identify Capital and on-going needs.  Manage day-to-day tasks of unit turns, work orders, scheduling and overseeing vendor’s performances.  Coordinate closely with management staff to set schedules and priorities, manage supplies and inventory, and respond to after-hour emergencies.    This is a full-time position (40) forty hours a week. Perform a variety of routine general building maintenance tasks, limited grounds maintenance and janitorial duties. Assist with non-routine preparations on units for new tenants. Assist with maintaining building security systems, immediately reporting problems to the Property Manager and entering units only as directed by the property manager within CHS guidelines. Seek to provide tenants with a safe, positive and sanitary living environment. Perform these tasks with minimum supervision, applying solid work experience in this area.

This includes overseeing all treatment and services provided within Behavioral Healthcare contracts and all other contracted services provided through the site. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Catholic Community Services of King County offers an array of programs and services aimed at supporting veterans in our community who are experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability.  The Grant and Per Diem Case Management program is designed to improve the retention of housing by Veterans who were previously homeless and are transitioning into permanent housing from programs such as Grant and Per Diem, or the VA’s Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Contracted Residential Services Program.  The program is funded through a Grant Per Diem contract with the Veterans Administration.   POSITION DESCRITION: The Housing Retention Case Manager is a member of the Veteran Services Team at Catholic Community Services King County.  The Case Manager will maintain a caseload of eligible Veteran households and will work ensure long term housing retention success.

Benedict House offers emergency and transitional housing for single homeless men and homeless men with children in Kitsap County.  Consisting of 24 beds and one family room, Benedict House also provides case management, meals, and other essential supports for residents.  The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support by coordinating activities between each of Homeless Adult Services’ programs, supporting programs and facilitating department objectives. It is a service-enriched project that provides relapse prevention case management to individuals actively involved in programs of recovery. The philosophy is strongly rooted in providing housing services with dignity and building a sense of community among residents.   This position is part of the management team and provides necessary services to residents of the building. The Assistant Property Manager primarily has compliance, leasing, and fiscal management responsibilities. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required as well as on-call coverage as needed.   This is a Full time position 37.5 hrs per week.
