In addition, the Clinical Manger is responsible for partnering with the Operations Manager on billing, budgets, and other fiscal and operational needs.     The Clinical Manager/MHP will work directly with Managers of Behavioral Health and Managed Care Organizations, Healthcare entities/clinics and hospital systems in order to develop, implement and oversee integrated behavioral health treatment.  In addition to partnerships with healthcare, the Clinical Manager/MHP works actively with leadership of major systems in his or her geographic region to include law enforcement, courts, social service providers, medical providers, etc., for the purpose of coordinating and integrating services as well as community service planning.

Nativity House (NH), a program of HAS, is the central hub to serve homeless adults in the Pierce County region.   It operates 24-hour/7-day a week, offering services (emergency shelter, meals, systematic outreach, Rapid Rehousing, Mental Health and Co-Occurring Disorder treatment, Employment Services, Spiritual Support, 50 units of permanent supportive housing, etc.) to meet the basic needs of individuals experiencing chronic homelessness guests with meeting their goals. The Stability Site is a homeless shelter/ meals site that provides 1-3 meals daily (Sunday through Monday), as well as a safe and respectful environment where homeless and low-income individuals in Tacoma and Pierce County may access an array of emergency and supportive services. Benedict House offers emergency and transitional housing for single homeless men and homeless men with children in Kitsap County.  Consisting of 24 beds and one family room, Benedict House also provides case management, meals, and other essential supports for residents.  The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support by coordinating activities between each of Homeless Adult Services’ programs, supporting programs and facilitating department objectives. It is a service-enriched project that provides relapse prevention case management to individuals actively involved in programs of recovery. The philosophy is strongly rooted in providing housing services with dignity and building a sense of community among residents.   This position is part of the management team and provides necessary services to residents of the building. The Assistant Property Manager primarily has compliance, leasing, and fiscal management responsibilities. Following best practices in serving individuals with chronic histories of homelessness, CHS has developed several Permanent Supportive Housing Communities (PSH) that follow a Housing First, Harm Reduction based model of services.  As CHS has continued to grow and expand, we have identified a need for leadership and vision for this expanding group of properties in King County   Program Description: This is a 53 unit property primarily studio units that utilizes the harm reduction model for single adults in a high rise building centrally located in downtown Bremerton. Referrals are received through coordinated entry.  Project based vouchers are provided through the Bremerton Housing Authority.  The property will need to operate within a blending of multiple funders including Tax Credits, Commerce, county and HUD.   Position Description: Under supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day business and administrative operations of this building. The primary role of this team member is to support supervisors and co-workers with day to day business tasks with leasing units, completing compliance eligibility packets, managing accounts receivables and payables. This team member will also act as a liaison between staff, tenants and community resources.   To effectively house our residents, property management staff and supportive services staff strive to cooperate and work in tandem.  Services and property management staff share common goals: the health and wellbeing of residents and the sustainability of the property.  Support for our residents is the overarching goal that CHS strives to achieve, and each of our employees, no matter their role is an active participant in striving for that.  The person in this position will work closely to collaborate and communicate on a regular and frequent basis with all aspects of management and services
