This position requires scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served. The services we offer will be provided in community-based settings and in family homes. Work is performed under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Manager.

Referrals are received through coordinated entry.  Project based vouchers are provided through the Bremerton Housing Authority.  The property will need to operate within a blending of multiple funders including Tax Credits, Commerce, county and HUD. Position Description Under supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day business and administrative operations of this building. The primary role of this team member is to support supervisors and co-workers with day to day business tasks with leasing units, completing compliance eligibility packets, managing accounts receivables and payables. This team member will also act as a liaison between staff, tenants and community resources.   To effectively house our residents, property management staff and supportive services staff strive to cooperate and work in tandem.  Services and property management staff share common goals: the health and wellbeing of residents and the sustainability of the property.  Support for our residents is the overarching goal that CHS strives to achieve, and each of our employees, no matter their role is an active participant in striving for that.  The person in this position will work closely to collaborate and communicate on a regular and frequent basis with all aspects of management and services.
