$500 HIRING BONUS! CCS is offering a $500 hiring bonus for P/T Variable/Substitute Residential Service Coordinator positions that are filled through July 2020 or until filled.   Hiring Bonus Criteria: (This is a 24/7 facility, so flexibility is needed.)   ($250 on first paycheck and $250 upon successful completion of 90 day intro period.   Clare’s Place will provide 65 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless and vulnerable households in Snohomish County. Catholic Community Services of Western Washington will provide supportive services to the residents, with a focus on long-term stability. Clare’s Place will provide another housing choice for chronically homeless households that have difficulty finding and qualifying for housing in the private market and that are seeking a supportive community.   P/T Variable/Substitute positions – between 0-37.5 hrs. per week; hours are based on program need.  No guarantee of any specific set number of hours per week.  (2 position openings)   *Current Availability Needed: Substitute coverage for primarily weekends and overnights!  Additional availability for substitute coverage for nights and other reasonable coverage during the week/weekends is a plus.   Pay is $16.32 - $17.14/hr. DOE.   For internal candidates/union positions only: Compensation is set by agreed to language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between CCSNW & SEIU 1199NW and determined based on experience.

$17.48 - $18.53 HR/DOE   The Mitigation Site is a sanctioned camp site that provides safe camping for adults experiencing homelessness in Olympia.  CCS strives to provide a safe and respectful environment where program participants can access an array of emergency and supportive services and work towards more permanent housing.  Staff in this position provide supervision, program structure, behavior management and a wide range of basic needs services, as well as more advanced social services. This includes helping guests navigate a myriad of social service agencies, forms and interviews. Staff are trained in behavior management, basic case services, as well as Motivational Interviewing and other counseling skills. $18.64 - $23.31 HR/DOE   Family Housing Network Veteran Homeless Prevention program provides supportive services to Veteran households at imminent risk of homelessness, or who have become homeless within the past 90 days.   The Case Manager maintains a caseload of 15 households in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program. This includes outreach activities in the community, completing thorough intakes and eligibility screening with referred clients, assessing housing needs and providing prompt financial assistance as needed for housing costs, and/or assisting clients to secure housing if they are homeless.   The case manager actively uses Housing First and progressive engagement while interviewing and working with veteran households. In addition, the case manager enters client data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). In collaboration with the service team, the Case Manager is responsible for developing and implementing client-defined, goal-oriented Housing Stability Plans, assessing the needs of referred households, utilizing VA and community resources to meet identified individual needs with the goal of stabilizing permanent housing in the shortest time possible. On Call Driver Lewis Co. $17.13 - $18.16 per Hour DOE   The Senior Transportation Program provides transportation to medical & social service appointments, as well as shopping services throughout Lewis County.  The program is for anyone who is at least 60 years old that has no other means of transportation.  There is no cost for the program, but donations are greatly appreciated and helps keep this program going.  We can travel as far north as Seattle or as far south as Portland.   Under close supervision, operates transportation vehicles of various sizes for assigned routes, for scheduled pickup assignments, and in accordance with specific manifest instructions; provides safe, secure, comfortable services to users of the CCS transportation system.
