Make sure the art room/computer lab is ready for guests to use when staffed. Making sure supplies are stocked and ready for use. Monitor computer usage. Keep the art room/computer lab clean of any debris and trash. The Art Room Coordinator may also assist with Shelter Program Generalist duties as needed or assigned. Position Description The Program Director is responsible for providing daily leadership to the PSH team at Westlake and Ozanam, including: Program Managers, Property Managers, 24-hour resident services staff, case managers, practicum students, and staff from other agencies that provide healthcare and behavioral health services to residents in our buildings. The Program Director is part of the PSH Leadership Team that meets regularly to discuss best practices and service delivery.          This position also has fiscal oversite of the service and operation budgets and contracts. Bakhita Gardens fosters a supportive, team-oriented work environment where each staff provides advocacy, information and referrals to the women using our services.   Dorothy Day House offers 41 single-room occupancy units. It is a resident managed program that is supported by staff that promotes and encourages resident responsibility, independence and individual growth   Position Description The Facilities Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring that routine, preventative, and emergency repairs and maintenance are conducted in a consistent, efficient and cost-conscious manner within both properties.    This role will directly supervise a Maintenance Technician and 2 janitors, and will take the lead  on all facility safety needs, vendor relations, and will respond to after hours facility emergencies.  This position will ensure that repairs and preventive maintenance are performed and documented for compliance with CCA and King County. The Facilities Manager role is hands-on; able to quickly change priorities to meet emergent needs. perform routine inspections of facilities and manage these assets in coordination with the Program Director. As a low-barrier, harm reduction program, staff engage women where they are, using a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed care.
